Microaggressions have always been around. Many are left concealing their emotions when offenses are deemed too small to report but too notable for ignoring. Unpack It is a platform that focuses solely on starting conversations in communities to bridge the gap between these subtle communications and provide solutions for those who have experienced microaggressions.

Our community-based approach has allowed us to interact and cultivate conversations with community members and host impactful interviews. We are currently building a site that aims to validate collective experiences while also serving as a knowledge library for learning.
